			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wednesdays training was somewhat same as the previous week. It was very physical. We had to FACTORS OF FIVE. It was similar to suicide. But the difference is that, the distance is shorter, but more repetitions. For the first run you have to run 5 repetitions and subsequently after about 15sec rest you have to run 4 repetitions and it goes decending..And after some common drills we played games. I should say that my stamina grew a little. But had difficulty in concentrating in the game due to being tired. Seniors have acknowledged me and praised and at the same time advised on how i should improve myself. This felt like a sign to my success to my goal. But i should not stop here..There is still a long way to go.Because learning does not end..</p>

They were also considerate as they even as us for our opinions before finalising the design and even made changes according to our interest. Great seniors we have. We should treasure it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi, im back after completing all assignments.</p>
<p>Training on Wednesday was very good but dealy. This is because i was asked to do something that i have not done for about few years. SUICIDES..all of a sudden the seniors were saying today there might be some running. I should say that it was rather not some but alot. We had to do 5 sets continuosly. My heart felt like getting drowned in water as it was very dry and i felt dehydrated. I was out of breath&#8230;And guess what! They wanted to play matches after that running. Idid not perform as well as usual. And i decided to go for running and improve my stamina, back to those days when i was crowned first for all the sports carnivals.. My shooting techniques improved very well. I learnt that i have to put a strong force against the groung to have a strong grip and at the same time having a shot with more power. Next up is Aiming! The crucia; part foe all type of games. Not easy to master, but after mastered, its a breeze..So off to practise!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Damn! That was the feeling i got of the training on sat. Very few people came. But i can be very sure that my stamina increased. As  there was insufficient players to shuffle around, we had to play many times for long timing. And it was against the seniors. It was not easy at all. Obviously, cause our team won second in 2008 and was the champions for 2006&amp;7 in the competitions. Therefore they really look forward to winning the gold again. Thus the need to have a strong team. Their expectation of us is quite high.. So we just did some of the drills. There was a new one, which was to dribble pass around 10 cones and take a shot from almost half-court. And we did it alot of times as it helps us improves our speed, control over the ball and also shooting. It was a very tiring training but it improved me alot..It was challenging..Its getting more physical..Yeah!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Very sorry..Im back. Sorry for not updating lately. I have been in the trauma of Michael Jackson&#8217;s sudden death and in the preparation for the common tests. Anyway, last week&#8217;s training was very happening and useful for me as i have not played a extreme fast paced game for a long time. On Wednesday it was said that we would be expecting to play against a division 2 club. I was very curious to know how well and challenging would a division 2 club be, to play against. Training started as per usual and drills when on, for a long time i should say, i was dehydrated. Then the last hour, the showdown came..haha, exaggerating! I asked around and came to know that it was a Tampanies Div 2 Club. Those in their team, defenders big and strong while the fowards ,small and fast. It was like the perfect team. I had a gut feeling this was going to be aterrible experience. I was the defender as usual, was nervous at the start. But was confident as soon as i cleared the balls and got praises and motivation from my keeper. Thats the best point of any defender in any sport, once he gets the motivation, hes the HERO!..Its like, u saved the day..wow..imagine the feeling..And guess what my line scored a goal, even when it was quiet weak as all my team-mates were freshmen. Was very happy, and then i  got the urge,, when am i going to score??</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sorry i am late for the post as i had to babysit my niece. Last wednesday`&#8217;s training was rather boring. As none of the instructors came to direct or teach us. They were seniors guiding us. As usual i went early and practiced passing and shooting with my friends. Then during traning, we did the drills, dribbling, shooting, and then played matches. I should say that the senior who was under my line was very outgoing, he taught us on positioning and how to use the court to your advantage..incredible.. He improved our passes by teaching us how to to use your stick comfortably. I should say that after those teaching, my defending improved, i could defend seniors!!incredible..so got to train harder, as he also shared to us that we should not give up if we do not make to the team. He shared his expereince, he did not make it the first time, he trained hard, at home, school, his void-deck, and got selected the second time. So with effort comes opportunities.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Training on wednesday was as usual as we got the court(at last)..It started at 6, as usual. I went at 5 and was traning on the power of my shots with my team mates, but there was no improvement within that hour..I was pissed, i should say. Why can`t the ball go fast!!!!! Then the training began. And there was a new guy , kind of a trainer, first year too, but seemed to have lots of experience. He taught and demostrated to us on how to increase the power of our shots and also the different kind of shots(e.g drag shot, immediate shot).  So i tried my best to absorb each of his instructions and put it into practical action. It worked, a few times. Out of 10 shots, i got 3 of them being sharp and fast. It needed practise. And we played a 2 on 2..strikers against defenders, taking turns. And also 1 on 1 with the keeper , to get the feel of the game, when the team depends on you for the goal..I leant lots of new technique thanks to that guy..Got to check out his name.I forgot.Usuage of body to defend, creating space for shot by a step forward, passing strategies..</p>
<p>So have lots of stuff to practise..Lets go..</p>

<p> The traning on Wednesday.I went as per plan ,an hour earlier. Just to realise that  the actual training will start an hour late, meaning at 7pm till 9pm. So i thought for a moment that the training would be less tiring. Then i followed the plan again, from 5 till 7, i practised my passes and shooting with my other team mates. Then another disaster awaited us. The sports hall was fully booked. So we request one of the cca(a marshel art) to share a part of the court with us.  We manage to conquer about two badminton court size of place to practice, while it actually requires four of such courts. The deal-making delayed the time to aroung 7.15pm. Then the trainer asked us to start the first drill which was what a beginner would try to avoid&#8230;DRIBBLING..damn, it was very difficult as you need to get use to the handling of the stick and the ball of course! The trianer said BEND YOUR LEGS so that you will not have to bend your back.. I was thinking, how will we run when we bend our legs. Do u agree?? I guess so..I tried, but in the end, i still had to bend my back.And then, there were consecutive drills on pure dribbling. My back  was extremely hurt, but as you know ,you have to put up a strong posture and hide the pain to outstand..And it also tested our stamina in a large extend. Then i realised that the time to start to go for jogging has came!! The training was the most tiring and intense among the previous ones. Although it was painful, it was worth, cause it helps to improve my play in terms of dribbling.. LEARNT:Everything comes with advantages and disadvantages..</p>
